**DTF Software Installation Service**
Our **DTF Software Installation Service** is designed to ensure a smooth setup for your machine. To avoid performance issues, we highly recommend using a high-performance laptop or PC that meets the following requirements:
- **1 Terabyte (1TB) Hard Drive**: To store large print files and backups.
- **Minimum 16 GB RAM**: To run multiple applications such as RIP software, Photoshop, and others efficiently.
- **Windows OS**: Ensure your operating system is up-to-date.
- **Photoshop**: For designing and preparing your DTF prints.
- **Microsoft Visual C++ (Versions 2005 to 2022)**: This is essential to run the necessary software components smoothly.
**Important Terms**:
- We offer **free software installation once**. If you change your PC or laptop, you will need to purchase this service again.
- Many customers start with a low-end PC, which doesn’t meet our recommended specifications. Often, they switch systems after a few weeks, leading to additional installation costs. We advise investing in a PC that meets the requirements from the start.
- We **strongly recommend backing up your Windows system**. We are not responsible for any loss of data or licenses due to Windows failures or issues with Microsoft Visual C++.
- If your PC crashes or fails, you will need to pay for reinstallation services.
- **DIY Process**: If you choose to install the software yourself, make sure to first release the **Flexi Sai software license** and take a picture of the release code. Without this code, transferring the license to a new machine will not be possible.
Please note: If you repeatedly change your PC or laptop, or if your system crashes frequently, you will be required to purchase our reinstallation service each time.
