Product: one-way valve damper for CISS

 

1. Feature :

Used for CISS/CIS Ink Supply System. Eliminates/Prevents air bubbles from damaging CIS and print head system

The damper opens automatically when the printer is in printing mode and closes automatically when ink is pushed back.

This damper system can be used on any CISS/CIS unit. Just cut your tubes and connect them to the unit

 

2. Suitable printer :

one way ink flow valve/damper usually be used for hp for canon for Lexmark etc. series ciss that cartridge with the printhead.  it is an ideal accessory to stop ink flow back.

For Epson for HP Canon for Brother for Lexmark etc. printers

 

 

Notes:

Ink backflow has been a problem for the Continuous Ink Supply System (CISS) for a long time. Daily temperature

 fluctuation creates air bubbles which push ink back into external reservoirs. 

Once air bubbles are pushed into the supply tube, it alters the ink pressure and creates a cascade of events, and stops CISS from working. 

The ink flow damper was designed to eliminate the ink backflow using technologies used on commercial large-format printers.
