Step-by-Step Ordering Procedure
Prepare Your Gangsheets:
Create Your Design: Use software like Photoshop, Canva, or an equivalent tool to create your gangsheet.
Background: Ensure your gangsheet has a transparent background.
Resolution: If you're using Photoshop, set the resolution to 300dpi for the best print quality. If you're using Canva, make sure to slide the quality slider to the right to improve image quality.
Spacing: Make sure that the spacing between each image on the gangsheet is adequate and that images are not overlapping. If images are overlapping, we will assume you intended it that way.
File Format: Save your file in PNG format.
Place Your Order:
Choose the size that matches your gangsheet. For example, if your gangsheet is 24x12", select the 24x12" option on our website.
Add the selected size to your cart and proceed to checkout.
Complete your payment.
Send Us Your File:
Once payment is made, send an email to dtftoronto.ca@gmail.com with your gangsheet attached.
If your file is too large to email, you can upload it using Google Drive and include the link in your email.
Important: Include your order number in the email so we know which order the file is associated with.
Match Your File Size:
Ensure that the size you selected matches the size of the file you send. For example, if you purchased a 24x12" print, the file you send should be 24x12".
Note: If the size of your file does not match the size you selected, your order will be automatically refunded. Honesty is the best policy—please do not select a smaller size and send a larger file. We will notice.
Image Quality Responsibility:
Ensure that the image quality is good. If the image is pixelated or of low quality, we assume you want it that way.
We do not edit or fix image quality—you are paying us to print, not to adjust image quality. Fixing image quality is time-consuming, and therefore, we do not offer this service.
Processing and Shipping:
Once your print is ready, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number if you chose shipping.
For pick-up orders, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pick-up. Please note that pick-up is only available at our Toronto location. Our other locations in Alberta, Quebec, and Manitoba are only for shipping and do not offer pick-up services. We will soon have a branch in Victoria, BC.
We typically print and have orders ready the same day if the order is placed before 2 PM. Orders placed after 2 PM will be printed and shipped the next day. Please keep the cut-off time in mind.
File Content and Quality:
We print exactly what we receive. We do not check for spelling, size issues, backgrounds, image quality, or spacing. If your file has overlapping images, a white background, or is pixelated, we assume you intended it that way.
