*Our fulfillment center will not process any orders unless proof of payment is received*.

As we have transitioned to using a fulfillment center, we are *no longer accepting orders over the phone*. To ensure your order is processed promptly, please place all orders through our website.

Important Shipping Information

  • Machines and Equipment: Please note that all machines and equipment are not eligible for free shipping. Before placing your order, kindly contact us or provide your delivery details in the chat box. We will manually calculate the shipping rates for you.

  • The checkout page may display a zero shipping fee for machines and equipment—this is intentional to allow you to proceed with payment. Final shipping costs will be communicated and charged separately.

  • Other Items: Regular items are typically shipped via our standard shipping method. If you require express shipping, please reach out to us, and we will arrange it manually.

  • Flat Rate Fee Selection:
    Please be honest when selecting your flat rate shipping fee.

    • If your delivery address is in Ontario, choose the Ontario Flat Rate.

    • If your delivery address is in Alberta, choose the Alberta Flat Rate.

    • If your delivery address is in the USA, choose the USA Flat Rate.

    Do not attempt to cheat the system; we will notice any discrepancies.
